You can delete your account inside NicotineAI from the account/profile settings by selecting Delete Account. Account deletion is permanent and removes your NicotineAI account and stored personal recovery data from our active systems, subject to limited records that may need to be retained for legal, fraud-prevention, security, transaction, or backup purposes.
iOS subscriptions are billed through Apple. You can manage or cancel an Apple subscription from your Apple ID subscription settings. Deleting your NicotineAI account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription.
If an eligible subscription is not showing in NicotineAI, use Restore purchases from the subscription screen while signed in to the appropriate account.
